Specification
> Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics from recognized university.
> At least one-year experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in credit/ operation/ branch management.
> Must have excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
> Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.
> Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for assistant level.
(Preference will be given to the local candidates)
Job Description
Samriddhi Finance, a National level Finance Company with its Head Office in Hetauda, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens to join our team as Assistant.
> Credit Marketing: Analyze potential loan market to increase the scope of branch and clientele base and also maintain the relationship with the customers to secure future transaction with them.
> Identifying Potential Customers: Market the products of the organization for increasing the loan customers of the organization for maximizing the profit of the organization.
> Proposal Writing and Report Preparation: Prepare credit appraisal report by obtaining and finding the real and genuine information of the customers about the credit history of the client.
> Deposit Marketing: Analyze potential deposit market to increase the scope of branch and clientele base and also maintain the relationship with the customers to secure future transaction with them.
> Customer Service: Assist customers with their banking needs, including opening accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and loan inquiries. Respond to customer queries and provide information on banking products and services.
