Requirements:
For LEAD TRAINING OFFICER
Job Description:
- Develop and implement training programs for agents to enhance their sales & customer service skills. Conduct onboarding training sessions for new agents to familiarize them. Collaborate with Branch Managers to identify training needs. Develop training materials for ongoing training programs.

Job Specification:
- Education: Bachelors in Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the Insurance or Financial Sector.

For LEAD RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Job Description:
- Develop & execute recruitment strategies to attract high-performing agents. Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet the current & future agency needs. Manage the onboarding process to ensure new
agents are well-integrated into the company culture and process. Analyze recruitment data and T provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Specification:
- Education: Bachelors in Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the Insurance or Financial Sector.

For BRANCH MANAGER (FEW, ALL PROVINCE)
Job Description:
- The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the operations and activities of the assigned branch. Their primary role is to ensure the branch achieves its targets and completes assigned tasks in collaboration with the branch, sub-branch, and central departments. This includes coordination with functional areas, along with strict adherence to company policies, guidelines, circulars, and departmental instructions.

Job Specification:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Management.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
