Since its establishment, the college has been running +2 programme in science and management stream in affiliation with National Education Board Nepal (NEB, Nepal). Similarly, it is also running Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) programme in affiliation with Pokhara University. It is also planning to launch Master in Business Administration (MBA) in the near future.

Scholarship scheme

Tilottama provides full and partial scholarships for 5% to 10% students every year based on the following criteria :

> Topper of entrance examination

> SEE district topper

> The needy and meritorious students

> Scholarship based on entrance marks

> 3% of the total enrolled students get scholarship recommended by NEB
