KUPA protest enters second phase
Kathmandu University Professors Association today decided to display black banners and wear black armbands tomorrow as part of their second phase of protest against the university administration.
KUPA had earlier given a five-day ultimatum to the university to address their four-point demand. Dr Bibhuti Ranjan Jha, President, KUPA said, “The KU administration kept quiet till the deadline which ended today. Now we have no option than to start our second phase of movement from tomorrow.”
