Nepal Open University is established by an act of parliament in 2073 B.S. (2016) by the government of Nepal with Act No 3, 2073 approved date 2073. 03.30 B.S. This is the premier Open University in Nepal with equal in legal status to other universities in the country.

Nepal Open University, Central Examination Office, Manbhawan, Lalitpur has published a notice regarding the exam form fill up and exam routine of following programs First Semester for following programs:

1. M.Phil in Education (English, Health, Nepali, Mathematics, Education),
2. M.Phil in Social Sciences (Economics, Political Science, Sociology),
3. M.Phil in ICT and Master in e-Governance,
4. Post Graduate Diploma in Distance and e-Learning, and
5. Diploma in Library & Information Management.


The examination starts from Mangsir 29, 2075 (December 15, 2018) for all Level.


Examination Fee as follows::
> For M.Phil Level- Rs 3,000 /-
> For Masters Level- Rs 2,500/-
> For PG Diploma Level- Rs 2,000/-
> For Diploma Level- Rs 1,500/-

Students are requested to submit the examination form online via the official website of Nepal Open University from Kartik 14, 2075 to Mangsir 14, 2075 (October 31 to November 30, 2018).
