Specification
> Bachelor's Degree in Management or IT-related subjects
> Candidates having at least 3 years of prior experience in the business development of IT companies are preferred
> Must have a good rapport with key people in the digital banking operation of banks
> Deep understanding of the financial services sector
> Must have knowledge of general banking and digital banking operations and relevant regulations of NRB
> Ability to negotiate and collaborate with others in a positive manner
> Excellent written and verbal communication.

> Build existing and develop new business relationships

> Developing rapport with key decision-makers
> Developing goals for the software development and business development team for business growth and ensuring they are met
