VACANCY NOTICE
French Embassy in Nepal

The French Embassy in Nepal is currently accepting applications for the position of Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will be expected to join the French Embassy from 5 October 2023. She/he will be responsible for tasks such handling phone inquiries, composing correspondence in both English and Nepali, liaising with Nepali authorities for administrative matters, overseeing emergency supplies, and other duties in line with the candidate’s qualifications.

Post: Administrative Assistant

Requirements:
> Possession of a valid driver’s license (motorbike at minimum)
> Preferred: Master’s degree (minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree)
> Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
> Proficiency on both English and Nepali; Intermediate level (B1) in French is advantageous.
