For the Post of Deputy General Manager
Deputy General Manager (DGM): One
> Work Station: Corporate Office, Diktel, Khotang
> Salary: No bar for the deserving candidate.
> Age: Below 45 years.

Job Description:
The DGM will be accountable/responsible to the CEO. He/She has to monitor functions of department heads, branch offices & provide guidance to them. He/She should ensure that the bank operates in compliance with good governance practice.

Key competences & qualification:
> Proven knowledge of banking industry with an experience of at least 7 years in Officer Level or senior position in BFIs.
> At least a Master degree in Management, Economics, Banking, Finance, Business Administration from any recognized university, or Qualified Chartered Accountant.
> Strong correspondence and presentation skill.
> Proven knowledge and skill for strategic planning and implementation.
> Ability to work in a team from the leadership role.
> Ability to provide policy input in corporate and operational level.
> Strong ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and corporate business targets.

Selection Criteria:
Interested candidates should submit the action plan to meet the aforementioned responsibilities along with application. Shortlisted candidates will be required to give a PowerPoint presentation of the action plan in line with their work experience, knowledge and motivation to the expert panel followed by final interview session.
