Ministry of Education to resume issuing NOCs
The Ministry had stopped issuing NOC since April, mainly due to the pandemic
The government has decided to resume issuing No Objection Certificate (NOC) for students who are going abroad for their further studies. The government had stopped issuing NOC since April due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, a cabinet meeting held on Tuesday decided to resume the process.
