Details of 10th Convocation Ceremony
Pokhara University has successfully organized 13 meetings of University Assembly and 9th convocation ceremonies. The university held its first assembly on October 15, 1998. In the same way, university's first convocation ceremony held on January 20, 2002. 13th assembly meeting of the university was conducted on 1 Asoj 2069. In the same fashion, 9th convocation ceremony was held on February 2012. Altogether 8.879 students from different streams have graduated from different levels from the university till ninth convocation. As many as 1,733 students are going to be graduated in the 10th convocation.
The topper in Masters programmes from different disciplines and the highest scorer in Bachelors will be awarded with Chancellors' Medal and Vice-Chancellor's medal respectively. Similarly, the topper in Masters from Management will be awarde with Laxmi Vidhya MEdal on the ceremony.
Gaidakot-based Oxford Engineering and MAnagement College is going to award the highest scorer in Bachelors in Management programme with Oxford Medal from this year. Moreover, the university will be awarding with Dean List achievement to the students scoring 3.7 CGPA and above in Bachelors programmes and 3.8 CGPA and above in Masters programmes.
