SLC papers to go to press on Wednesday
Kathmandu:The question papers of School Leaving Certificate exam, scheduled to be held from March 20 to 28, will be printed next week. A source at Janak Education Materials Centre (JEMC), on Friday confirmed that the state-owned press was going to begin the printing of question papers from January 25. He said they had held a meeting of top personnel of the Nepali Army, Armed Police Force and Nepal Police today at JEMC to provide security during the printing. Around 95,000 sets of question papers of 58 subjects will be printed this year, said Examination Controller Dilli Ram Rimal. The government used to print SLC question papers in India citing security reasons. However, since last year, JEMC started printing them in the country amid high security.
