US visa fees up
The United States is set to increase the immigrant visa fees to $165 from $140 globally from February 1. “Only prospective adoptive parents whose children are entering the US under either the Orphan or Hague Process, Iraqi and Afghan special immigrants who were employed by the US government, returning residents, and those issued K visas are exempt from the new fees,” the US Embassy said.
