JOB SUMMARY:
The Community Mobilization Officer (CMO) will develop and implement a social process in selected communities of earthquake affected areas focusing on the collective understanding and collective action to complete the remaining reconstruction works of the Health Post (HP), working toward a process that self-sustaining and self-managing. S/he must be able to provide support to identify existing capacity and develop the additional capacity of the community and to mobilize for the completion of the Health Post construction work. This Position reports to the Construction Manager/Field Site Manager and works in coordination with engineering staffs.
