1. Team Leader - 1 position(s) - Open For All
- PSU Biratnagar with frequent visits to the project sites (at least 60 %)
- Minimum Experience Required : 15 Year(s)
- Minimum Education Required : Masters
- Reporting to: Country Director
Job purpose: This position is responsible to:
- Provide strategic direction to the project team to accomplish project objectives and targets as stipulated in the project document and log frame;
- Effective human resource management, efficient project’s finance and administration management and stakeholder management;
- Maintain excellent working relation and communication with the government and non-government stakeholders and with donor.
2. Administrative and Human Resources Manager - 1 position(s) - Open For All
- PSU Biratnagar with frequent travel to the project sites
- Minimum Experience Required : 7 Year(s)
- Minimum Education Required : Bachelors
- Reporting to: Team Leader, TTDP
Job purpose:
The position is responsible for smooth and well-functioning administrative management system including procurement and logistics system of the project as per the organizational policy manuals. In addition, the position is also responsible for supporting the Team Leader with overall human resource management in the project.
2. Social Safeguard Officer - 1 position(s) - Open For All
- Field office with at least 60% visits to trail site of Koshi Province
- Minimum Experience Required : 5 Year(s)
- Minimum Education Required : Bachelors
- Reporting to: Trail Coordinator, Field Office, TTDP
Job purpose:
This position is responsible for overall social mobilization process, equitable participation, and the integration of gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) principles in all project activities at assigned trails. This involves assisting with community engagement, GESI related capacity-building initiatives, and safeguarding measures to mitigate adverse social impacts.
