We are a non-profit global agency. We are independently registered and governed in nine countries (India, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, UK, USA, Zambia and Zimbabwe) bound together by our vision for youth power. We are a global team of 214 people based in 13 countries and we also host a growing youth collective of youth organizations in 185 countries.

In Nepal, Restless Development has been working in the youth and adolescents development sector since more than 25 years. It is the recipient of several international and national awards. It works in formal partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Restless Development Nepal works in more than 35 districts along the country. We are implementing 9 Joyce Amondi Oumadifferent projects in the areas of sexual and reproductive health, civic education or livelihood issues with the aim of including young people as part of the solution of the persistent problems facing the world.

About the role
Restless Development has been working with young people since 1985 and its work is led by thousands of young people every year globally. In Nepal, Restless Development has been working for the development of youth and adolescents since 1991. It is the recipient of several international and national awards. It works in a formal partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Restless Development is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual, with a high sense of integrity to join the Finance and Administration unit. He/she will work with us to manage the financial resources, which includes financial and administrative management, financial record keeping and reporting, management accounts, donor reports and PNGO financial management.
